"Person must be DoD 8510.M - compliant with computer security certifications to be qualified to be a System Administrator (at West Point, these are the DCOs and admins at the NEC). This is how contractor will have access to the email log files on the server. The contractor must have Security+ certification and DoD Information Assurance (IA) training to meet the requirements to act as an Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO) or System Administrator and have elevated privileges on DoD systems/networks and with DoD data."
